Brilliant! I love the way Laserbeak/Condor can stand up a little bit. I think I am just as excited for the cassettetrons as much as Soundwave!!

For anyone getting the JP Amazon version (with the Energon Cube), it seems that TakaraTomy have listened to fans commenting on it looking wrong without it being pinkish or energon coloured... so have uploaded something (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/takara-tomy-transformers-masterpiece-mp13-soundwave-energon-colored-papercraft-insert/26542/) people can print out, fold up, and insert into the cube.

I wonder if the Asian edition will come with the Amazon exclusive cube, like how they included the exclusive jackhammers with Sideswipe.

Personally I see the cubes as a waste of space and money. How many people have them actually on display with their figure? I'd be surprised if any really.

Considering that Hasbro's version will be $200 cheaper than TakTOM's at full RRP (and still $45 cheaper than preorder discount prices), I think we can quite easily forgive Hasbro for not including superfluous bonus content like Energon cubes etc. :)

Meh... I'm perfectly happy with the original, I suppose this is a way of differentiating between releases for those more anally-retentive collectors. ;)
