Well, if you are wanting Transformers in New Zealand you can forget it. Just had word from Hasbro New Zealand via the owner of Transformers New Zealand that between now (December 2012) and May 2013 we can expect the following to appear on New Zealand retail stores
Generations Fall of Cybertron Deluxe Wave 3 (Sideswipe, Starscream, Kickback, Air Raid and Ultra Magnus)
Generations Fall of Cybertron Tapes Wave 1 (Ravage/?, Ratbat/?)
That is it.
What we don't get
Prime Cyberverse Legions Wave 3/4 (Repaints)
Prime Cyberverse Commanders Wave 3/4 (Ultra Magnus + Repaints)
Prime Deluxe Wave 3/4/5 (Vehicon, Knock Out, Hot Shot, 'Spider Bot', Dead End, Shadow Bumblebee, Kup, Rumble)
Prime Voyager Wave 2/3/4/5 (Bulkhead, Starscream, Dreadwing, Ultra Magnus, Thundertron, Skyquake)
Generations Fall of Cybertron Voyager (Soundwave, SoundBlaster, Grimlock, Blaster)
Why - because sales of Transformers are at a record low.
Why - because since April, the only item on retail shelf are Wave 1 Prime. In September we did get Fall of Cybertron Bruticus, but since then I have only seen one set.
*sigh*

Just wondering if the sales being at a record low there could be a result of Hasbro deciding not to stock enough variety of TF figures (instead of the other way around) ?

That was my first though on the situation as well.
Man that sucks Zippo.
With such a limited selection of toys in a fairly peak time, I can't really see Transformers sales getting any better. Don't they know it's Christmas time?

Yep, you can only sell Wave 1 so many times.
I brought what I could in April when it was first to shelf.

Man that truly does suck. I still remember a time when NZ got Universe Ratchet's wave and the Legends wave while most of Australia got none. Now NZ getting nothing.
So if you need someone to grab you some stuff, I would return the favour of that time you helped me out with Ratchet and the Legends :)

I know this is not the point you are making but if you put up a wanted list here I am sure you will get replies - you have helped so many of us out previously.
EDIT; Yeah, as 1AZRAEL1 said^

That really sucks. Back when I was living in New Zealand, I found all the good G1 and G2 stuff. Real shame :(

Yep and I was a beneficiary of that help way back before I had even joined OTCA, but you helped me out directly Zippo with both RTS Grapple & Lugnut so if & where I can I'd be more than happy to return the favour also. ;):)

Thanks for the words of support and offers to assist, however prices are too expensive in AU! Figures costs about the same as they do here (if released), and then because of the exchange rate I have to add 25% on.
Then don't get me started on how expensive postage is!!

i remember having to deal with that when i was still living in new zealand ( and i'm gonna complain about being in tauranga being worse too we hardly got anything good ) , i know the exchange rate is pretty shitty but what about ebay? or perhaps if we had a list of the figures you were after we could try pick them up on sale/ clearance to make it a bit cheaper? :S
I feel for you guys over there it sucks having a hobby thats made more expensive just by where you chose to live :(

The same could easily be said comparing Australia to the USA.
