The next series of Rescue Bots toys (called Energize) have been found on ebay (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/inpackage-images-of-rescue-bots-energize-optimus-prime-with-cody-burns-and-bumblebee-with-graham-burns/26377/)... or at least, two of them have.
Optimus Prime with Cody Burns
Bumblebee with Graham Burns

This new set (or size class) has a smaller, non-transformable robot figure packed with a human figurine.

Now already out in America (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/new-rescue-bots-energize-figures-found-at-retail/26402/), we get to see the fourth of the first wave of (four) figures - Heatwave & Kade Burns.
Seems that this new series is following the cartoon now, which is centred around the Burns family. But since this is Hasbro, it is still plugging the Bumblebee and Optimus characters, despite them not actually being part of the main/regular cast in the cartoon (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Transformers:_Rescue_Bots_%28cartoon%29).
(the series focuses on Chase, Boulder, Blades and Heatwave being assigned to the Human town of Griffin Rock, and Optimus and Bumblebee only show up in 2 or 3 episodes of the 26 episode first season)
