One of the "holy grails" of the long-time fandom has been the child used in the fifth season live action scenes.

For those new, Season 5 was like the Generation 2 - a rehash of certain Gen1 episodes, with new bumpers to introduce and close the episodes. But unlike Gen2's computer-generated Cybernet Spacecube, Season 5 had live-action bumpers, featuring a 12 year old kid talking to Powermaster Optimus... which was a combination of a stop-motion model and a puppeteered statue.

Now for those who are keen on Transformers oddities, I'm sure this little loose end will be right up your alley.
A blogger who looked for Jason Jansen (the actor who played Tommy Kennedy) 15 months ago (http://digestmybrain.wordpress.com/2011/09/22/my-conversation-with-tim-speidel/), was contacted recently by Jason (who found out about the article) and has posted up an interview here (http://digestmybrain.wordpress.com/2013/01/04/tommy-kennedy-found-an-interview-with-jason-jansen/).

For those wanting to see what the Season 5 bumpers were, there is a youtube video here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=nrAKpUiKxug#at=3142) (it's 52 minutes).

The live action scenes were very interesting! But now I wanna see Megatron telling the story. :D:o

The interview with Jason was good, too.

Sure. Let's hear Megatron's countless stories of how he's failed, if they're still even in there.:p

Yeah failures, successes, whatever... I just wanna hear him tell his story. :) Besides, ultimate victory is never earned without its many failures along the way. ;)

And what victory is that exactly? lol.:D:p

The one I'd create for him if I got to write the next official series. :)

In the G1 cartoons? Not many... The Ultimate Doom and Megatron's Master Plan were the closest he got, but they ultimately failed. :p Megatron had plenty of victories in the G1 comics though. :)

Yes, but which Megatron? ;)

G1, as we are comparing him to G1 Prime. (even if he's powermaster prime:p)
Although technically it would be Galvatron's story, which would definitely be an interesting story. :D
EDIT: woops. Didn't see the comic part.
But unless Tommy was in the comics, I don't think it's fair to include the comics Megs. Cartoon Megs did kill 4/5 (expendable:p) Autobots in TFTM. (not Op, of course, as he died from wounds and survived the attack, at least for about 10 minutes)
