EOI: MP-13 Masterpiece Soundwave Commemorative Coin

Hey guys,

I'd like to express my interest in the MP-13 Masterpiece Soundwave Commemorative Coin, should anyone end up finding theirs to be superfluous to their needs. :)

I currently have 1AZRAEL1 tentatively looking to help me out, but should he be unable to help me I'd really appreciate the help of anyone else who'd be willing to offer it. ;)
I'm certainly not expecting any freebies & would be more than willing to pay a reasonable and realistic price for one. :D

As always, any help would be greatly appreciated & I thank you for considering my plight. :cool:

Hm, I thought that might be the case. griffin mentioned something about it being the Asia/HK version, I guess BBTS gets the Takara one.

At least I stuck the earlybird preorder, same price as RK. They don't seem to have the coin listed separately at the moment.

See, I've heard from a number of people that they got the coin with their orders from BBTS & none mentioned any additional fee? :confused: - Ultimately it all falls with their supplier in the end I guess. :o

Well since it's Hursticon's thread, I believe it should go to him first. And if you are going to be at the Parramatta Fair, or stop by, or drop it off to someone who is going, bring it then.

That's weird... Optics and I were talking briefly about this last night and we both ordered from RK and both received the coin. Random? First 100 customers to place an preorder? I thought it was an Amazon exclusive :confused:

I preordered mine last thursday, so unlikely I was within the first 100 to preorder, but I got a coin. Unfortunately I think VGMStudios may have just been unlucky. :(

It would seem that the coin is only actually available to those who have purchased the Chinese/HongKong market version, as the Amazon Japan & Standard Japanese versions DO NOT come with the commemorative coin :o - This was explained to me by Daniel over at RobotKingdom when I quizzed him about it, as that is also where I bought my MP Soundwave from. ;):)

I noticed prices have gone down on the coins overall. I think more people are collecting them, and subsequently more buyers are aware that the useless coins have an aftermarket value that takes a nice chunk out of the cost of their MP.
