Just found in America are some bagged Rescue Bots figurines (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/rescue-bots-43/rescue-bots-figure-single-packs-176739/), which appear to be the same ones in the non-convertible 2-packs, but in see-through baggies, for US$3 each. (like Lego minifigure packs sold at registers)
There were only four noted, but others are likely.
