I absolutely loved 'Inglorious Basterds', Django I feel is actually the superior of the two & is easily recommendable on a narrative-basis alone - The violence & spectacle is purely gravy on an already excellent roast. :D:cool:

My friend and I watched Django recently, it was brilliant, it's serious when it should be while being smart with the humor and the score was all kinds of awesome. The time just went by watching it, completely unaware 2hrs 45mins had passed. I will watch it again.

I've watched Django 7 times now. It's a modern movie masterpiece.

I haven't seen either movie yet but you should read Life of Pi. One of my favourite novels of all time.

Hmmm, Django. Such a sexy piece of movie wotk, the framing of shots, foucs controls, brilliant! Best part is that it is totally a 'cinema' movie. See it at the flicks as it just has a big screen cinema vibe all about it.

Life of Pi, interesting spiritual journey, inspired imagery. Enjoyable and see it in 3d

I walked in late...:o It was where the dentist guy gave the slaves a choice, save the man from under the horse or use the shotgun.

How far along into the movie was that????

Prolly about five minutes in.

You only missed some nice shots of watching the slaves walking along to that point. Although How the guy ends up in his shotgun predicament is amusing.

I find the first few chapters of Life of Pi (the novel) quite boring and time-consuming. It gets good though.:D

Bahaha, i love how they put Don Johnson in and the scene with the bags/mask.
