You don't realise how much you miss Roche until he comes back. Chintastic!

Interesting little Micromaster-sized blue guy standing between Skywarp and Razorclaw.
Also, Orange Sunstorm (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Sunstorm_(G1)) is clearly pictured here, which means the Yellow Seeker that was killed by Arcee (stabbed in/near the spark chamber and another stab in the face) earlier in RID must have been the yellow Rainmaker (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Rainmaker)?

Didn't even see him, even after looking over and over at the picture! Even after I knew what to look for I missed him on the first look over! Wonder what he is, even cassettes are bigger than that.

Didn't Bombshell refer to him as Sunstorm though, before Arcee killed him? I think he did but cant fully remember and the comic is at home. I would have loved to see Sunstorm set up a 'Church of Primus' on this new Cybertron and stand out the front yelling at bots to repent and handing out data tracks of the covenant of Primus :D
I dunno, maybe Sunstorm survived, considering Rung got shot in the head and is alive as well as Red Alert being decapitated and still surviving :) but I wouldn't put too much faith in that shot. I'm pretty sure you can see one of the Relfector trio as well and they are meant to be dead like twice over now ;) Continuity alert!
EDIT: Forget all that! I just read the notice with the pic on Siebertron. This tale is back when Megatron was first resurrected by Shockwave and Soundwave on that asteroid, just after he blew Hot Rod into space. Continuity saved :D

He's got no gun-kibble or Earth alt-mode kibble, so he shouldn't be a Targetmaster or Micromaster. Actually looks a lot like WST Soundwave without his shoulder cannon :p What is Roche trying to play at here?! :p

You're right about Bombshell referring to the yellow seeker as Sunstorm. Darn I was hoping for more obscure seekers being fleshed out :p

Was just thinking about this again this morning, and looking at IDW Megatron drawn by Roche makes me wish I didn't skip out on this (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/toys/animated/shadow-blade-megatron/1752/) when it was shelf-warming at TRU :o

From the preview Megatron seems to have more in common with The Doctor than I thought:
"The first thing to do is establish that elements from your previous form are carried over to your next. Arms, two: check. Legs, two: check. Head, one: check. Ears, yes, eyes too. Nose, I've had worse. Chin, blimey. I'm still not ginger."

Really try to avoid previews, but this is looking a lot better than the Orion Pax preview easily. I'm tempted to grab this cover (http://www.stadiumcomics.com/exclusives/). Megatron? :)

Yep, I love that cover, he looks great. :) I definitely want a copy of this Spotlight (I'm very happy it comes out this month as well, as it has a personal meaning). I've never been very keen on the way comics have generally portrayed certain characters, so I'm hoping that this story ends well and isn't the usual predictable cliche. Perhaps I ask for too much, but if nothing else and going by the Preview so far, I do want to know what will happen next... I just really hope I don't get disappointed.

I have a feeling there still might be one on the shelf of Toyworld here in Swan Hill (which tells you how often they restock). I'll have a look Suspectimus and if he is still there will PM ya :) They do charge ruinous prices though, usually about 30% more expensive than anywhere else, even Toyworlds in other towns (their only competition in this town is Target).

Would appreciate that :) Don't need to do it if its out of the way for you. I'm still holding out for a third party release of IDW Megs :D

Just for future reference, if we spot these things, would you prefer if we put them in the review thread, the preview thread or both? Or does it not matter? I usually put any post release stuff in the review thread as they get more views and posts, but happy to switch to whatever for consistency.

You can post them in the review topics as well if you want.
Since it is news, more people will see it in the news section than in the reviews section (which has less traffic).

Good we're getting a toy for this guy.:)
It's nearly guaranteed we'll get a Foc/IDW Thundercracker now, since he's in the latest Metroplex-related spotlight.:D;)

I got this today... and I've got to be honest about my thoughts/feelings on it. In a nutshell, it didn't work for me. The dialogue seemed forced, contradictory at times, and lacked true depth and meaning. Megatron's internal dialogue and some of the actions seemed out of character - same for much of Starscream - (I don't know, maybe I'm just out of the loop with the current comic portrayals but it didn't feel right). The "explanation" (Megs/Starscream dynamic) felt like something that was just thought of on the spot and just wasn't it.
The art work was mostly ok, except for the stupid chins.
