It's almost been a year since we first saw the 2013 Membership toy (http://www.toycollectors.com.au/bc12/bc12cc.html), and it is still a few months away from being released (estimated to be May/June)... but the Collector Club thought it was a good time to release an image that doesn't look much different to the previous one (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/tfcc-2013-membership-incentive-depthcharge-image/26738/) (instead of staying focused on the BotCon promotions).
It is worth noting though, the cut-off to get this toy "free" as a member, you need to subscribe with the Club before March 16th. (still another 3 weeks away)
