Dark of the Moon Score gone

Update: Magnus has pointed out it is still available from the BigPond Music store (http://bigpondmusic.com/album/transformers-dark-of-the-moon/transformers-dark-of-the-moon-the-score), I'd suggest anyone who wants the Score to get in now just in case, because its almost the way of the dodo.

The Dark of the Moon Score is effectivity gone from iTunes and Amazon, meaning because this was a digital only release, as far as I can tell the only way to get the Score now is via pirating. I can't believe this! this is somehow even worse than the first movie Score, which at least you can at get on eBay if you are prepared to pay $100 US+ or hassle yourself to get a US prepaid debit/ iTunes card and buy at iTunes/ Amazon store.

I've been trying to find the first movie Score legit for a while now because I didn't have the clairvoyance to buy it before it became too hard. Between the price gouging and region restrictions, I feel like I've been getting the shaft. Its quite sad when it's easier to illegally download an album than it is to legally buy it.

That's a shame :( I've got this soundtrack and think it's the best out of the three movies. I seem to recall at one point it was supposed to be released with the Bluray as a special edition :confused:

I love this score; it's my favorite out of all of them as well and I listen to it all the time. This is sad news.

I was actually holding out for over a year to buy a CD for the DotM score - in the end, I bought a download.

Wow, I love being proved wrong!

I didn't know BigPond had a music store and they even have the 2007 movie score as well.

Thanks a huge amount Magnus I got both the 2007 & DotM scores and now my saga of finding both of them is over.

It is sad that the live-action movie scores have had troubled beginnings, but the dime-a-dozen 'music inspired by' album gets greenlighted instantly and outlasts the actual score, despite several different artists owning the copyrights to the tracks.
