My Mp-4s didnt come with a card so i decide to make one based on the orig one that was included but without the serial . Here a full size for people who want it but didn't get one with theirs.

Did a quick Google search -- apparently the standard Asian market version doesn't come with a tech specs card (reference (http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-toy-discussion/312746-masterpiece-sleep-convoy-mp-4s-not-limited-2010-flooding-streets.html)). Also, the picture of the tech specs card shows 2 main differences from the one you've made.

1) "Vehicle Mode" picture replaced with show of face/chest revealing Matrix
2) No numbers in any stats -- all replaced with "-"... which makes sense. Seems kinda odd that the stats should be stamped with "Indeterminable" when there are determined numbers in the background. :p ;)
Anyway, helps that answers the mystery of the missing tech specs card. :o
