Looks like the previously pictured Safety Prime (remould of the Legends Gen1 Prowl toy) for the GTS line is going to be an actual toy (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/new-images-of-takara-tomy-super-gt-safety-prime/27074/) (I thought it might just be a promo image for something story-related, as it was just artwork).
The good news is that it will be given away free.... the bad news is that it will only be given to kids who participate in a (charity?) walk, making it more difficult for these to circulate into the adult collector community.
At least other freebie or promo items are available to adults in Japan, making it a more direct inflow into collector circles... people outside Japan who want this one are going to need to know someone who knows a kid participating in the Walk.
(I think this will be one expensive little Legends toy for those already trying to complete an expensive GTS collection)
