Iron Man #9 is a Transformers UK Fan's Banquet.

Thankfully Greg Land is off art duties on Iron Man at the moment, so I can once again read and enjoy Kieron Gillen's work on the title. Like many of us here, Gillen grew up on the Transformers UK comics and it shows in his writing. The pre-Transformers Death's Head is a major player in this issue, acts in character and is amusing. Another main character is a Recorder (which long-time Transformers UK readers will recognise from the Hercules back up strip from #70 to 85.) And - obviously - Iron Man himself was the back up strip for about twenty issues - more if we include Iron Man 2020. ...Tony Stark is a member of the Guardians Of the Galaxy now? Is this just a shameless ploy to shoehorn him into the Guardians of The Galaxy movie?

According to this wiki page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guardians_of_the_Galaxy_%281969_team%29), the original series from the 60s & 70s had a couple crossovers or mergings, to include Thor and Ironman, despite the time differences.
Then the 2008 series had Ironman as well (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guardians_of_the_Galaxy_%282008_team%29), so the current comics and upcoming Movie are probably just utilising the big drawcard of Ironman to get more interest in GotG.

Not sure if it has already been mentioned but the new Ironman 2020 trade, has reprinted stories of Ironman 2020 that were used as a back up in UK Transformers as well as Ironman fighting Deaths head and Machine Man (who was also used as back up story in UK TF).
