The 5-pack boxset that was announced some time ago, has now been revealed (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/official-images-target-exclusive-transformers-prime-beast-hunters-abominus-gift-set/27284/), and is indeed different to the single-pack versions... but only with translucent parts. The colours are pretty much the same, but some of the translucent parts give it a different look.

The box doesn't have "Prime" on it, as Hasbro mentioned at the US Toyfair that it would be dropped by the middle of the year.
It's a fairly big box for 5 Legion toys, as they are being spread out in the window and there is still a lot of empty space.
I think they should have had them packaged as five robots or beasts, as the combined mode in the box looks pretty bad (the proportions), and they have the character art to promote its combiner gimmick anyway.

This is a Target exclusive in America, and is NOT expected here (but that could change if Hasbro can talk one of the retailers here into picking it up).

I would buy it for the individual robots, the gestalt is poo.

I totally agree,
I'll be looking to make it up out of the idividuals, even then, it's a pretty ugly combined mode.

Agree

I'm fairly sure that all the individual regular releases will come out here, since there's only a few waves of Beast Hunter Legions. I will get them that way. Already picked up a 'Twinnersin' just in case.

The current episode of the Legends mobile game has made me keen to get them. Unfortunately I can't find them online without a surcharge (The surcharge on other sizes usually still keeps them under AUS retail, but $10 plus postage for a Legend size toy is too much)

Aw, that combined mode isn't as good as I was hoping but the individual bots are great. Maybe it's just the photo.

I like the occasional translucent Transformers toy, making it look like an X-ray of its engineering, but I really don't like half-translucent toys - it looks like a prototype or KO.
The second series of Rescue Bots are half translucent and it just looks really wrong.

That combined mode doesn't look as good as I had hoped:(

It's hideously awful. Good thing that it's cheap. And the individual modes are cool.
