Just announced by Hasbro Australia, Transformers Prime will start on Toasted TV (Channel 10) from June 3rd (next week) - weekdays at 7am.

Do Toasted TV still chop up their episodes, to make space for their non-cartoon segments? If so, it is still being screened on Foxtel weekends (on Cartoon Network 4pm Saturday & Sunday)... and Madman are to release the second season on DVD as well.

Details here (http://buggtoysandlicensing.com/hasbro-breaking-news/?utm_source=Bugg+Toys+%26+Licensing&utm_campaign=9426ae24aa-Hasbro+Breaking+News&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_f1d506b1c1-9426ae24aa-66587861)... which also announces My Little Pony coming to free-to-air from August 5th at 8.30am.

Not sure how many seasons are going to end up being screened on Toasted TV, but since it took two years, I'd be surprised if it includes the third season.

For those with Foxtel - have they started playing Season 3 yet?

About time!!! Do you think this is going to create a higher demand for the prime toys now?

Awesome, it's about time. it's unfortunate that it's so long since the toys started showing up.
if they show it 5 days a week it won't take too long to get through all three series.
gives me something to get up for in the morning apart from work.:D

Not as far as I know, I have been recording them off Foxtel and I think they are up to the start of season 2.

Correct. Think they are a couple of episodes in to season 2. I checked the EPG and no listing for season 3 yet

Doesn't do me any good. I start work at 7.
I usually wait for the entire season to be available and then binge it on the weekend.

Has there been a boxset released locally? All i see are the individual releases with 5 or 6 episodes per disc.

I've seen season 1 on blu ray at JB for $60

Perfect timing. Delayed from free-to-air until after the show has been cancelled and Hasbro has decided not to bring any more of the toys over. Smart.

Sounds like the typical Hasbro AU approach huh?, kids will now want the figures & will have practically no way of obtaining them... Unless they've got an internet-savvy parent. :o

I want a job at Hasbro AU. It seems like the easiest place to work--I mean, they're hired to prevent the TF franchises success in Australia, right?

Yeah I agree... When I told my 5 yr old that Transformers Prime will be on TV he got so sad, and he asked what happen to Beast Hunters

This is great! Too bad I work on Mondays and Tuesdays, but I'd be able to watch the rest of it. Finally! Something to look forward to watching in the mornings, even though I have the blu-ray of the first season in my collection.

Wasn't on 10 this morning... quick look at TV Guide says it's on Channel 11.
Kids were looking for it today. Lucky we have it on dvd already.

I saw it on the TV guide this morning, but didn't notice which channel it was. I guess Hasbro considers all of those digital channels owned by Network 10 to called Channel 10.
I recorded it to see if it was cut up, but haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

So often do I forget that Channel 11 even exists (Until I accidentally stumble upon it, then it's "Oh yeah!..." :p), says something about it huh? - Channel 10 really needs to get its act together.:confused:

I actually watch channel 11 during the late afternoons. They have Cheers, Becker, Happy Days and Brady Bunch, and Star Trek Voyager. These are the best shows on tv.
