Simon Furman has announced (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/comics-16/transformers-regeneration-one-issue-zero-announced-177640/) that there will be an issue 0 for Regeneration 1... which is said to be related to events in Issue 94. (I guess he found some loose ends after it went to print, so needs another issue to fix it)

The issue will have art from various artists, including Senior, but not Wildman.

Not sure when it will be released. Probably before the end of the year.

I wonder if this will be the only "sideways" issue we will get during the run. An annual or three would not go astray.

Simon Furman has released some more details about Issue 0 (http://simonfurman.wordpress.com/2013/06/09/script-wrap-tf-regeneration-one-92/).

It will be 22 pages and released in September, and will apparently push back #95 (onwards?) by a month.


We have (a lot) more to learn about exactly why Spike is so ticked off at the Autobots, what that deep-seated vein of hatred is all about. I’ll just say for now that you REALLY need to check out issue #0 (in fact, #0 should tick another couple of your wish-list boxes too) and suggest that sometimes when a character is directing rage it’s often to cover for something else, something that’s harder to acknowledge. Like guilt maybe.

#0 will slot in between #94 and #95. Stuff that would only, otherwise, have been seen in kind of abridged/flashback form in the final arc now has real room to breathe. Trust me, it’s essentially stuff. So while we are going to kind of leave you hanging at the end of #94 for an extra month, what happens in #0 is going to blow your minds!

Love the license plate!

So issue #0 will focus on the fleshbag and possibly the brain dead deceptizombies... Not a fun sounding read so far.
