Pencil art

Been off work due to illness. Been finishing my FOC Grimlock custom and decided to indulge in an old passion - pencil artwork. Just for a bit of fun. It's a scaled-up copy of a stock picture of Armada Blurr that I found in one of my son's school readers. Mainly just done for fun, I don't draw all that much nowadays, and it shows - the perspective and foreshortening is a bit off in spots, and the line depth needs a bit more work than I'm prepared to do on it just now. Obviously not original either. Was tempted to ink it, but not sure if I could be bothered to do that either. It's funny, I can draw Autobot and Decepticon faction symbols with my eyes closed, but putting one on a bot I've drawn always seems to stump me. Not sure why!:confused:

I started (and have nearly finished) an original - the subject is Grimlock - pics up soon! Might be looking for someone to do some digital inking/colouring if it turns out nice...
