Quick review: SDCC 2013 Shockwave's lab

So got this set on ebay for a decent price, I won't talk bout the vehicle mode in this review so you should check the normal voyager Shockwave review thread.
Excuse the crappy images.

The robot mode far better than the original figure, a g1 style paint theme, speaking of paint the paint and paint apps are far more superior than the original, also some comparison pics with the original version down below:

Even the back spine is painted which is a nice touch.

Overall a great set only wish was that the hose and knee protectors were painted silver with yellow paint apps. A nice set to have although if you have the original version there isn't much point to get it because it's nothing spectacular, just a nice little piece some would be interested in.
