Third TFCC Fan Subscription 2013 figure released - Circuit

I'm pretty sure I did not miss an announcement email by TFCC/Brian Savage, but it appears that the third TFCC FSS figure is circulating (see what I did there? :p) on eBay already - complete with file card, TFCC's definition of collector-grade packaging, and those dodgy white stickers to define the figure without opening it.
