BW Blackarachnia model kit?

Hey everyone. I'm looking for a name/ purchase location of a Beast Wars season 1 & 2 Blackarachnia 'figure' I saw once. From memory it was a plastic model kit or an unassembled figure. Unpainted - white or pale yellow in colour. I don't think it was capable of transformation, but I could be wrong.

I don't know if it was Hasbro or 3rd party but it was displayed with a Blackarachnia card back, so I'm putting it here.
Any help would be much appreciated. :)

Was it a Tokyo toy show exclusive maybe:confused:. I think it was the wonder festival blackarachnia resin kit but good luck finding one.
