There is a chance for the TMNT to get into the NTHoF.
Please vote for them if you'd like to.

I would love to see my childhood hero's in a half shell finally get the recognition they deserve.

I can honestly say there's not a great choice to pick from in that poll. Have not even heard of most of them. Voted for TMNT. Where's the Transformers Bumblebee option?:D

thanks guys. I know there isnt much choice this time around but getting the TMNT in would be awesome.

Im sure Hursti will see this, we do need him right now! ;)

A lot of people are wondering when TFs will have thier chance. If they are hosen what series would you choose? My guess is a lot of ppl will want G1 in the hall of fame.

Do Key Rings count? :p

What do they mean by 'Scooter'? Just a scooter? Outdoor play?

But if it's any indication, 2011 inductee was 'blanket.'

Lol Ooohhhkkkaaayy.

Well I voted for. We gots ta beat them bronies

This would not be an accurate National toys vote. As far as I can see, I do not understand how this list was even created. I think if we are all voting, everyone is going to pick TMNT as default due to our age and nothing else to really vote for. (maybe Nerv)

I mean seriously?
Not even Ben Ten or Rubbish Truck?

Bubbles? whaaat?

of the non branded items, I thnk little Green army men should be in for a chance.

otherwise a lot of that stuff is incidental toys that were fad items that were picked up for a few weeks and then never played with again.

It's interesting to see what constitutes the definition of a toy... in that it is more generic than us (manufactured) toy collectors would think.

Looking at "blanket", you get to understand and realise what this is really about... you see that kids play with them (and bed-sheets) probably more frequently (when they are young) than something bought from the store packaged as a "toy". So, anything that universally derives play value from it for kids, is really what this organisation is aiming to highlight... not just brand-driven toys.
