At least in regard to only having 28 days for "Change of mind returns"

Considering that, in reality, they are the same company, this comes as no surprise.

Wasn't it the other way around?
I thought K-Mart already had that and it was Target who didn't

No, Kmart implemented June and Target's been at least most of this year. That's OK. Won't need to change my mind as so much of it is just defective.

Indeed. A bit frustrating since it takes out one avenue to getting savings.

I didn't know Target offered 28 day return! Now I can go get $20 back for MP-04 :D

You guys who do the refund at sales time thing are lucky they even allow change of mind returns as they're not legally obliged to. ;)

In a way, you have yourselves to blame for the implemented time limit.
