Some of you may remember I used a Cybertron Metroplex for my previous Fort Max (here: http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=16363&highlight=fortress+maximus)
. While happy with the robot mode I wasn't too thrilled with the scale, and as for the alt mode...:mad:
So this version uses an Armada Megatron. I kept the headmaster gimmick. The tank barrel can be removed and used as his hand gun.
It still has all the minicon traps, which I think fits in with his comics role as a prison warden.
It's more in scale with voyagers/deluxes.
The only justification I have for using a WFC sticker is because it was a perfect fit over the Decepticon logo (and it looked cool)

don't tell anyone but the autobot symbol on his chest is just the decepticon symbol painted red... i didn't have any small enough stickers and figured at that scale no one would notice...
