Heat affected glue

One of my mosc movie characters is coming apart from the backing card. Is there a glue I could use to reattach the bubble? Can it still be sold as MOSC?

I would say technically no, since the seal is broken. I have a MIB TM Optimus Primal (blue variant) which I've never opened or removed from the box, but the sticky tape that acts as the seal has come off, so I guess technically it's not sealed. Eh.
