Shout Factory is releasing another run of the Original series cartoon on DVD for the 30th Anniversary this year (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/generation-1-1/transformers-generation-1-cartoon-30th-anniversary-dvd-release-179176/).
It doesn't sound like anything different other than the packaging, but will give people here an alternate/cheaper option at the end of April.
