I am glad you are still doing this, I was really excited to hear you were doing this before. I know you've been busy with personal life over past couple of months, so good to see you getting back into it :)

It's a backwards commission. Kind of a "paint it and they will come". When it's done (or very nearly done), I'll put it on the market here. Maybe a Dutch auction? Haven't entirely decided yet.

I'm a glutton for punishment.;) To be fair, the metroplex was an enormous job, but I loved every minute of it.
