An update and roundup of this series of figurines.
30 figurines, over two waves of 15.
Wave 1 - March/June
Wave 2 - October
Each wave of 15 will be available in the following formats...
15 blind-bagged figures
15 carded figures
5 three-packs (most are character themed)
3 five-packs (series themed - Gen1, TFPrime, Movie)
Wave 1 (each comes with a character card/puzzle piece to form Gen1 Optimus)
(Note - each row is the 5-pack, each column is the 3-pack)
Gen1 - Optimus, Megatron, Ratchet, Starscream, Soundwave.
TFPrime - Optimus, Megatron, Ratchet, Starscream, Bulkhead.
Movie - Optimus, Megatron, Ratchet, Starscream, Sentinel Prime.
Wave 2 (each comes with a character card/puzzle piece to form Gen1 Megatron)
Gen1 - Bumblebee, Shockwave, Ultra Magnus, Grimlock, Rodimus.
TFPrime - Bumblebee, Shockwave, Wheeljack, Soundwave, Insecticon.
Movie - Bumblebee, Shockwave, Ironhide, Soundwave, Barricade.
(some character 3-packs are mixed characters if they didn't appear in all three series... but it looks like they missed matching up the three Soundwave figurines)
The figurines are being produced by an Australian company called Goldie Marketing, and will be sold around the world, under Goldie International in America (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/transformers-movie-toys-products-30/transformers-30th-anniversary-minifigures-image-179138/), and Paladone in England (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/transformers-movie-toys-products-30/first-look-at-the-paladone-transformers-figurines-from-uk-toy-fair-2014-179117/) (their wholesale website now has them listed (http://paladone.com/ranges/Transformers/transformers-figurines)).
The Australian website (http://www.goldiemarketing.com.au/) has a video up (from youtube here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hx4K6SNlrE#t=237)), showing off their display at the German (Nuremberg) Toyfair. Their site has a Transformers page coming soon.
Some photos from their display at the Australian Toyfair, now that I have permission to post them.

Series 1 figurines (three-packs on the left, the 5-packs were at the bottom), plus the Optimus lenticular "puzzle/poster".
NOTE the 15 figurines in the middle display case - each row is a 5-pack, each column is a 3-pack.

Series 2 figurines (three-packs on the right, the 5-packs were at the bottom), plus the Megatron lenticular "puzzle/poster".
NOTE the 15 figurines in the middle display case - each row is a 5-pack. The 3-packs appear to be conjectural at this stage.
