Here you go, have three pages from MTMTE #28. Hope you like! http://www.newsarama.com/20708-transformers-mtmte-28-preview-the-dawn-of-megatron-the-autobot.html

There are some new bots aboard the Lost Light, from the preview pages and cover, and it looks great

Oh yeah, some people have trouble with Newsarama, so here's TF sites that've uploaded a copy of the pages so they don't lose advertising revenue by linking to the source for your convienence.

Now in the worst part of the month for comic reading, where the preview is out and gives you a hankering for more, but still weeks to go!

The subscription cover is awesome, some of the new crew additions will be fun to read, as well as provide lots of story opportunities too.

Question now is; who will Megatron have to murder first due to their insane levels of annoyance? :D

It'll be Swerve, it's always going to be Swerve.

Is it just me or is the cover with Meg's at the front and all the other bots behind very reminicent of an old Street Fighter game picture? Especially with Megs with his arms folded, Swerve doing the thumb thing and Brainstorm at the back? I'm certain they are taking off a SF poster but my mamory is vauge.

It's a homage to MTMTE #1 which is also a homage to Justice League International #1 (1987) (http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Justice_League_1_DC_1987.jpg).

Ah, I was thinking, especially with Meg's crossed arms it looked like this:

It does a little, but the shared quote's the clincher ;)

Pfft, it's obviously a homage to My Little Pony FiM #10:

No Ratchet on the front cover. Looks like First Aid has replaced him.

Looks good (cept for those dern ponies :p). It looks like the art has gone back to the classic MTMTE style we all know and love (at least compared to the alternate). I find it interesting that they seem to have gone back to using the old MTMTE designs rather than the Hasbro toy designs, I wonder if that correlation between Hasbro toys and comic covers was only a phase?

Anyway looking forward to reading above average TF comics again.

Though I wonder what happened to Whirl?

Don't worry about them yet. There's no double up of characters between the two covers. Everyone on this cover is either new (Megatron, Nightbeat) or either joined (First Aid, Tailgate, Skids) or became a featured character (Trailbreaker, Swerve) after the original first issue.

The two combined give you nearly everyone (poor Pipes misses out).

That said I still think there's a chance Ratchet might change books.
