Coming from a recent Asian games event, is an announcement of a Transformers Mobile/App game called "Rising" (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/video-games-17/new-transformers-mobile-game-by-dena-transformers-rising-179710/)... which looks like it could just be a Chinese version of the Legends game, as it is by the same company, has similar looking character art, and is noted as being for release in Chinese language later this year.
If it ends up being a whole new game, it is unknown if it will be released in English, as the PC MMOG a couple years ago was exclusively Chinese as well.

Since the Movies started, we've been getting a lot of titles with a common word....
2007 Movie - Rise of the Chevy Autobots
Animated - Megatron Rising
Animated - Rise of the Constructicons
Animated - Rise of Safeguard
Animated - Predacons Rising
ROTF - Decepticons Rising
DOTM - Rising Storm
TFPrime - Darkness Rising
TFPrime - Predacons Rising
Console game - Rise of the Dark Spark
Console game - Spirits Rising
Mobile game - Transformers Rising

some of the art in the screenshots looks lifted straight from legends, but one of them includes superion, which hasn't been included in legends so far (neither have any of the combiners i think). it may have some new elements or something.

video of someone playing the game, everything in chinese though:

can't work out how the combiners are involved but it looks like you can have one in your squad but it takes up 3 cards worth of room. interface looks alright to me, and it seems like there might be some kind of story or pre-battle dialog between some characters which i thought looks cool.

From the producer (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/video-games-17/dena-explains-transformers-rising-mobile-game-179733/), saying that it is a separate game from Legends, and is exclusive to China, so won't be released in English.
Since it is by the same people, and each version is exclusive to that language, it is fair to expect that the two games would be pretty similar (it would be cheaper to recycle elements if neither market is going be seeing the other game).

So it's essentially a 'Chinese Edition"...
