Although I get their updates all the time I don't normally post them, however this time they have what looks to be all of the Transformers Collection Takara reissues (which I think I recall a few people here were after) and at reasonable prices:

Pre-order MP Ultra Magnus at $170 - he's $30 more than Optimus. But that's a better price than BBTS.
RK is still cheaper.

There are some incredibly priced items there from beast machines and armada too. Tempting...

Awwww nice to know that I've been looked after. :D
However, I've read the Transformerland thread(s) & there appears to be mixed responses to customer service. So naturally I'm a bit wary. Has anyone recently purchased from this guy? And how was the experience?

I've bought loads of stuff from him (Matt), the latest being late last year and I've never had any hassles.

I've had a couple of issues with tfland in the past, but to be honest those were simply a result of me being a picky collector. These issues were ironed out and were worked through with good outcomes in the end though.
I've put through a number of very large orders (in the hundreds of $$$) with Matt and he always delivers. Great communication and shipping. Prices are negotiable too, which really helps when you buy in bulk.
Highly recommend

I have purchased from Matt on many occasions over the last two years or more and can highly recommend him! :)
- I have never had a parcel lost.
- I have only had one issue with a damaged box which is more the postal systems fault (resulting in a damaged toy) and Matt replaced it at his expense (sent with my next order). :D
- If you ask him to pack a particular loose TF a certain way eg (box in box) he will usually oblige.
- He uses actual photos of the toys he is selling so check them carefully as he does not always list every detail a "picky" collector might want to know.
- If in doubt send him an email (he usually responds with in 24hours). If you worried someone else will buy the item your interested in before he gets back to you, you can opt to pay later through the checkout system (7 day hold to pay).
- He will not rip you off with postage. At request he will bundle multiple orders together to save you money on shipping :D

Everything Ravagecat said. I've bought pretty much all my stuff from Matt, he's good people. Pretty happy they're stocking MPs and how awesome does that Ultra Magnus look.

I have also had many dealings with Matt, he is a top bloke.
Thanks to him I have nearly completed my G1 collection and I have also manage to pick up a few other TFs I was missing from other series.

Although complete, I haven't stopped there jazzcomp. Now to upgrade the few that are 'pre-loved' to MISB, but there's no rush. The pre-loved ones can go to my nephew and niece (or sell it off if it's not appropriate).

Some interesting G1 loose items (http://www.transformerland.com/store/search.php?cur=1&max=40&LU=1402420267) in the latest arrivals.
Quite a few G1 combiners: Computron, Abominus, Defensor, Bruticus, Menasor, Devastator.

My items arrived the other day. No problems at all. Well packed. My only complaint was the tracking on the shipment was stuffed.........it was in Florida for about 10 days then showed up at my house whilst tracking said it was in Florida still.
Matt was very helpful.

it's been years since I went and had a look at their site, man, what a total revamp! Site looks great! Now to test if it will be just as smooth a transaction as with BBTS is. Only bought from them ages ago and didn't have a problem so we'll see.
One thing I didn't like before is that they use stock photo of the figure instead of taking a photo of the figures they're selling itself, that way there be nmo surprises when the item arrives coz you know, sometimes his description might be inaccurate. Is this still the case?

I have ordered from the site on numerous occasions and I have not had 1 problem. The site does now have photos of the actual figure rather than the stock photos.

Damn wish I knew you ordered, there's at least one piece I want and wanted to piggyback with someone. Postage would be ridiculous for the small figure I want lol

I just made a couple orders too. I usually find something each update. haha
I am waiting to hear back on a special request. If Matt says he has what I'm looking for, you're more than welcome to add to my order. :)

If that does end up happening, I'll jump in with your order. Can easily send across some cash to order what I am after. Let us know when you know :)
