Hasbro has just informed us that the Deluxe Wave 05 Case assortment has been cancelled. This case contained Arcee, Chromia, Waspinator and Scoop. They have confirmed that Arcee and Chromia are still going to be released, but have been pushed to a future and currently unknown assortment. We have since been asked to remove the listing from our website until further notice, but your preorder will still remain on file. We truly apologize for this inconvenience.

Indeed! I was wondering if this was going to happen. Its happened before and will happen again. Glad I never bothered collecting the deluxes. I wonder if this will repeat with the voyagers including Roadbuster and co. ?

Obviously BBTS have given up trying to apologise for Hasbro's incompetence, as I haven't received anything from them explaining why my pre-order of Rattrap has now been delayed until June. (I ordered the single figure, not a case)

I think they assume that fans will be expectant of such delays from Hasbro.

I got an email saying that Rattrap, Tankor and Crosscut have been delayed as Hasbro has decided to release them in different waves. They don't know when Crosscut will come out now, and Rattrap and Tankor are to come out in June.

I'd ordered the set of 3, but now I'm just going to order Tankor on his own and not bother with Rattrap (organic looking alt modes don't do it for me).

Glad I got my BBTS order shipped earlier this month and didn't bother to wait for this wave to arrive in April like it was supposed to :rolleyes:

I'm allowed to be cranky. I've been waiting for three individual figures (released in different assortments) since November 2013, and I'm yet to get my hands on any of them - and won't be anytime soon by the sounds of it.

Other fans have been able to enjoy the offerings of the Generations line for months now, but I've had to wait and wait and wait... I'm sick of waiting.

I'm glad they have been delayed. Prefer them to be spread out over the course of a year. Not all at once. I appreciate what I do own better. AOE figures will be out in less than a month which is brilliant...can't wait to get my hands on some Dinobots!:)

Considering we haven't even seen images of Arcee and Chromia yet, I'm not surprised they've been delayed. It's probably a good thing as it gives the movie stock time to get in and move a bit, rather than expecting retailers to be able to distinguish between two different lines and end up with them not ordering the other Generations stuff.

There is obviously a second "series" of non-movie Generations toys in the pipeline. We have also heard rumours of a leader Megatron which we haven't seen yet. It seems to me like Hasbro are just pushing those toys which should have made it out in Q1 this year but didn't because retailers were holding back for the movie into the second half of the Generations line.

I'm in the EXACT same boat Verno, no email or anything so this is the first I've heard of the delay. Irritatingly I have been sitting on my POL for a month waiting for Rattrap. :mad:

Bbts probably haven't emailed you because you two didn't preorder the set of three. Your order of rattrap still stands it's just been pushed back. It sucks I know.

Tankor, rattrap and crosscut were all due to be packed with the dark cybertron crossover so I feel sorry for the people collecting the crossover that way

Wouldn't be the first time a mass email didn't reach everyone. I'm not going to say check your spam folder because I'm guessing you guys already did. I had a problem with Gmail not allowing EB Games to email me at all last year. The messages didn't even make it to my spam folder, they got killed before they reached me.

Rattrap looks good, from what I can see. The back kibble isn't too great, but he looks to be generally well-balanced. Love the look of the rat feet folding into the robot feet.

That reminds me, I still need to get Rhinox.

Yes, they both look awesome, as part of the Takara only Legends line. I don't own the original ape, but definitely getting this. As mentioned in the other thread about this line, its the first of (hopefully!) many.
