Uhm, so... hi!

Long time lurker, first time poster. :D

Lessee... I've been collecting transformers since they first came out (as a wee babby, I'm only half grey at this point), sold them all when I was a teen, and I've been trying to buy back my favourites ever since. :D Uhm, mostly collect Generations and MP figs, but grabbed most of Armada and Energon, and I think nearly all of Cybertron... sucker for the big guys too; baseformers and gestalts. Got a moderate stack of G1 stuff that I've mostly repaired from bits and scrap, missing guns and with random headmasters where appropriate, but probably still some of my favourites. Oh... and a bunch of Beast Wars stuff, which is kind of how I first got back into transformers after selling it all the first time (except Cosmos and Sludge, because everyone keeps their first tfs right?)

Oh, I live in Perth, so maybe a few of you might have seen me floating around at Nexus or lurking on Ozfigurama (think I'm like one of the 3 transformers guys over there :P)... figured it was probably time for me to join in over here, and lurk *slightly* less!

Lurking is fine as long as you are not wearing a trench coat :)
Joining in the transformer fun is even better. Welcome aboard :)

Ooooh, a collection thread might be a bit tough... most of the guys are living in storage boxes. >_<

It's pretty much just Grand Max and Metroplex that aren't sitting squished in a container right now. :/

Gday and welcome to the boards.

On a side note, you wouldn't have happened to nab your username from Nightmare?

Yep, ya got me... bit of a sucker for werewolves in general, too. :)

Although turns out I misspelled it as a kid, but I got stuck with it anyway... go figure, huh?! :D

Does mean I usually don't have to fight too much with people trying to reserve it, on the plus side. :)

Welcome! Hopefully one day we will see your collection. And a Generations collector and Perthite! Which is a bonus. :D

I just wish it was easier to actually get some of the figures locally. >_<

Oh, just realised, I've got some (older) pics from when I had more of my figs on display!

Heh I thought so. Nightmare was and still is a great game. Wanting to play it again sometime soon.

I always meant to try out Atmosfear, but never got around to it. :/

It is harder to play than the normal Nightmare games. Baron's expansion was really hard, but Atmosfear is harder. At least the video version is. There was a dvd version that came out a few years ago, not sure if it was different from the other one.

Mabuhay and Welcome to OTCA!

Amazing collection, shame you say it's mostly on storage now. Oh well, Space does become an issue with collections hehehe. Always amazing to look at displays and Im always amazed looking at Warhammer or any of those tiny paint it yourself figures, mainly because it takes a lot of patience AND natural Talent to do those little suckers up.

Well, I'm a pretty crap painter... probably because I'm impatient. :D But I can throw together something that you could put on a table and not get laughed at in a pretty quick time... little mass production robot, me. :) (That said, hand painting 60-odd fleur-de-lis really sucked).

I sorta rotate my displays around a bit, but having all the tfs out at once was a little unmanageable, and it has only gotten worse. :) Currently it's all MOTUC out on the top shelves, and the rest of the boxes are practical storage for books and stuff... helps make the house seem SLIGHTLY less cluttered. :)
