A small scan of an advertisement from a Japanese Hobby magazine (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/japanese-transformers-40/tv-kun-exclusive-clear-ez-optimus-prime-180148/) shows us the TF2 Legends/EZ Optimus toy done in translucent blue plastic and red flames... looks like it could be a magazine exclusive like past translucent Legion figures... which will make it difficult to track down for a reasonable price.
