Care of TFW2005 (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/generations-classics-44/generations-windblade-in-hand-180598/) there is a listing for Windblade (guilty of thinking it's WINGblade) on ebay. Horrendous mis- transformation which does the figure no justice at all :(
Looking forward to this figure and enjoying the comics written and drawn by an all female team. More Fem bots is always a good thing. :)

Yep, can't wait to get 'Queen Amidala'.:D And someone is certainly paying impatience tax on that.

I'm in no rush either. It's whoever is bidding on it on Ebay that's gonna be paying the impatience tax. That's what I meant.

New pictures, in packet have surfaced of Windblade, and her signature weapon, an energy blade, is no longer translucent, and is painted black

It appears sheathed to me, the shape is different.

So here's hoping that the sword is sheathed so as to better fit with the colour scheme of her alt mode (perhaps it is something akin to Armada Screamers sword and will stash under a wing?)

Sometimes it's impatience tax, sometimes - if a toy is cancelled - it turns out to be a bargain. I still remember hovering my mouse over buying a test shot of Universe Drench, and thinking not to be stupid because I should wait. And I was stupid for waiting.
