2014 ACG CON Hasbro exclusive teaser

Seibertron (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/transformers-acg-hong-kong-convention-exclusive-teaser/30889/) has (via Transformers Asia) a silhouette teaser of an upcoming ACG CON exclusive. It appears to be an Optimus of some type but not much more than that is known at this point. ACG CON starts tomorrow so we should know exactly what this exclusive is soon.

It looks like Optimus Prime is well hung, am i right or whut?

Looks like it is the Hot Toys licensed Optimus figure (non-convertible) with Megatron parts (https://www.facebook.com/Planetiacon.stfu/photos/a.447442995321646.100402.190726147660000/717479221651354/?type=1), instead of Starscream parts of the regular version (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/generation-1-1/official-hot-toys-g1-optimus-prime-figure-starscream-version-180770/).

Not sure what the reason is for these themed Optimus figures that come with body parts that look more like tropies of a psycho-killer.
