Animation artwork - TF's? ID help please

A mate picked these sketches up a flea market for a couple of dollars and gave them to me. They're marked as "Transformers Production Drawings". I don't recognise them, nor can I read the writing that is on them. Are they from one of the Transformers animated shows? If so, which one? If not, does anyone recognise where they are from?

(on the second one, there is a backing sheet underneath where there is the details of the character's mouth, presumably for the animation. Doesn't come up well in the photos)

Yep, Beast Wars II, the Japanese series.

It's Magnaboss in the first, and the second, at first glance I thought was Lio Convoy, but I don't think that's right, but likely that same series.

I skipped Beast Wars - not really my brand of vodka - but they are pretty cool pieces, and I'm glad they're actually TF related. Now if only I had a spot to hang them up!

The first is, as Paulbot said, Magnaboss from BWII.
The second one is Break from BW Neo. There is Kanji written above him to show who he is. :)
