With a strict monthly release schedule in Japan, compared to Hasbro sending stock when Retailers want it, TakaraTomy have now overtaken Hasbro with Movie moulds, with the release of Snarl, 2014 Bumblebee, and some gimmick figures.
Images of the Snarl toy (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/takara-tomy-aoe-ad28-deluxe-class-snarl-in-hand-images/31030/).
The Rusty Voyager Optimus toy (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/tru-japan-rusty-optimus-in-hand-images/31029/). (the rust looks a bit too red)
And a the Wheeljack toy (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/transformers-movie-just-movie-31/takara-tomy-movie-advanced-ex-wheeljack-in-hand-180908/). (there are only two photos mirrored there, and might be more photos at the source on facebook, but it require memberships to view that page)

Maybe it's just because I'm a game nerd in a addition to Transformers nerd but I really appreciate Takara setting a release date and sticking to it as opposed to the Hasbro method.

Do you think the rusty OP will have an AU release?

There is a Hasbro version coming in the Platinum series Autobot 5 pack. It's not the same deco but it will be released here unlike the Takara Tomy version which will not.

The Breakout Battle 3 pack ;)
It'll be available at Myer stores. It was listed with a 13/08 release date, Cyberius, but that may change.

The Hasbro version is actually in the 3 pack. It looks garbage compared to the Takara version though as it has black legs.

I'm almost end tempted to get it online rather than the Hasbro version.
I'm guessing BBTS or RK is the go for this one.
Hasbro version does look very average.
Cheers

Added two more items to the list for the JP Transformers Expo, as it looks like there were three exclusive decos released - Deluxe Gen1 coloured Slug, Voyager Nemesis Grimlock, Voyager Nemesis Prime.
Images of the three can be seen here (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/conventions-15/in-hand-images-of-tf-expo-exclusives-nemesis-grimlock-nemesis-prime-and-g1-deco-slug-180941/). (scroll down the topic for all the images)

Heres BBTS's link for him. http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=TAK11911&mode=retail
They may not be as cheap as RK on a single item (BBTS works best when you order multiple items) but their customer service is second to none.
I'm thinking about ordering him. Costly but a nice movie accurate deco of a great post DOTM mould.

A quick look on ebay for the Nemesis Prime (the one I'm most interested in), and all three are going for about US$170 each!
Not paying that much for a Voyager redeco. (and Hasbro will do a black one eventually, to milk the mould)
Another reason I should have planned ahead and gone to the expo... :(

I've also added into the first post as an August item, the Lawsons Exclusive Voyager Grimlock in Gen1 colours (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/transformers-movie-toys-products-30/takara-lost-age-grimlock-g1-version-in-hand-181008/). It was a pre-order item at the Lawsons convenience stores, with the advance purchase of TF4 Movie tickets, and it looks like it was released for pickup on the 20th of August.
At first glance it looks like the SDCC Grimlock because it has the same five colours, but when you look at photos of each (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/san-diego-comic-con-33/sdcc-2014-g1-dinobots-and-pop-up-ark-gallery-180860/), particularly in Robot mode, they have lots of colour differences (colours are in different areas).
