Not sure yet if it will be called Gelshark (the Car Robots name) or Sky-Byte (the Hasbro Generations/RID name)... but this Voyager figure and Leader Jetfire look to be wave three of the Legends line (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/japanese-transformers-40/larger-images-of-takara-legends-jetfire-sky-byte-180905/) (the renamed and rebooted numbers of the JP Generations line).
Both have colours that differentiate them form their Hasbro versions, but Sky-Byte/Gelshark is most significantly recoloured, to a darker shark colour and half painted shark head on his chest.
If these are Wave 3 of Legends, it should be out sometime in December.
