Not...that I'm aware of mate. I'm sure there eventually will be one, but I think for now they are concentrating on getting the newer figures - Soar/Sever out.

Hey mate, firstly if you had read our faqs and our policies you would know that we try to get it out with in 2 WORKING days, also as stated, it could take a little longer, it could be quicker, depending on the amount of shipments going out at the same time. You are part of a cue. You paid late Thursday evening that's in total 2 working days (Friday and Monday). It is 3am Tuesday morning and I haven't had time to blink especially after Supanova. Your item should be out hopefully by this afternoon. Please be patient.

Secondly, that 'rant' was over a customer that hasn't made contact in over a month despite our efforts... NOT 2 working days and was a post explaining to people that had not read our policies some of the rules of our website.
Please read our policies before loosing patients.

Terminus Hexatron Continuum from MMC should be getting shipped to Australia next week.
I haven't heard of an updated date about Felisabre yet as they are concentrating on T.Hex.

Ft06 Sever won't be released until May next year. Soar hopefully January.

If you've received an invoice for one of the delayed bots then by all means, take your time in paying it. No point rushing for something due in May next year :)

Payments, I expect within 2 days, but if you need another week or more, just let us know. (I'm well aware of the feeling of being strapped for cash and it can be quite stressful) :)

Hey mate, I'm not an asshole. If people need to pull out on this on this one, then they can that's no dramas at all. I've discussed this on my FB Page and I am re-posting it every so often. Reason it went up is because I was getting 10 emails a day asking to put it up, and it was taking up too much time. So I put it up and kept my customers happy. Hi everyone, sorry for not coming on very often as I don't come on here very often as TFI Down Under has been expanding quite a lot lately and I'm just running out of time.

As well as that I'm kind of getting sick and tired of all the conspiracy theorists and trolls on here that like to try to bait me when ever I post something. I finally found decent work for a while and was working 14/1 day rosters for 7 weeks which took up a lot of my time.
3am-5am would be emailing and shipping Apollyons and what not 6am-6pm for work and up until 11pm sorting shipments for the next morning- TALK ABOUT HECTIC!


We've had a lot of new figures come and go and even more to come.
MP-10 should be hopefully shipping to us by monday.

Fanstoys FT-06 Sever is shipping to us as we speak and
FT-09 Tesla is also coming next week.

Perceptor + Blaster is in stock now and Trypticon will be on it's way next week.

TFIGuy has always looked after my every order. Even when he didn't .anage to post a Red Soar to me on time, he offered to delivef ig tp me peraonally.... Sometimea I have been behindnon payments, & he let me pay whenever I a as ready. I tried to cancel a pre-order of two of on e item, he explained he couldn't as he had to pre-pay tre items for me. This is most likely the reason the pre-order policies are in place.... I myself have been tempted to purchase from PC myself, due to the cheaper rates and free shipping, but TFI guy does his vest to look after me.. So I stay loyal and will... Even never meeting the bloke, he has acted better than any HK retailer and has responded to every email and query... although sometimes late... lol..

Sure do mate, and the way to describe it is just complete. The paint work is so sharp and looks incredible compared with Hasbro (I have both) I know Hasbro was going for Idw, but the first time you open that window in the box, All you think is quality. I can't wait to ship them all off so that I can open my own lol

Hey mate, haha nah it would never 'beat' it. But it did make his trip down here a lot smoother (flights/food etc). I'm stoked he had his prostate removed and 100% successful. But it doesn't stop there and there are after affects of the operation. I'm going to have another comp soon any support would be greatly appreciated!

You guys mentioned somewhere that items out of stock will no longer appear on the store. Can you please look into this for me?

gauging from my other FT orders from TFI they are several weeks slower receiving FT items than america etc.

They have said that this is due to company's taking care of their "bigger" clients first. Meaning that etailers who make massive orders will receive shipments first.

Since TFI is a small fish compared to the american etailers, due to the smaller demand out of australia, we will never really be the first to receive anything.

however apart from their recent shipment of tesla* which they say has been lost in transit (and are providing refunds to anybody affected), I have never seen them have an issue with them delivering the items. just have to be patient.

*their first shipment of tesla made it through and I received it from them - so the lost shipment was a restock)

Of particular note is that I think they seem to be cancelling all current pre-orders that they have and when the site re-opens they will be available then. Or something. It is a little confusing and not very clear at the moment.

So if you have anything with TFI Downunder and don't have it yet maybe email them about what is going on!

Not a fan of that... i had my pre-orders since mid last year which locked in the price from the higher AUD and now they've all been cancelled and I'm certain when the new site is online I'll have to pay the higher price (thanks AUD!).

I only hope that when the new site is switched on, I can still get my pre-order in before the allocation runs out
