Prowl Devastator head

The best thing a third party could do at the moment is make a G1-esque Prowl and new Hook that can merge with 1985 Devastator in the right places. If the Fansproject team who made the Glacialbots got in gear to do this it would be perfection.

Yes, it's almost identical to the regular Dev head. It just needs the distinctive red Prowl crest.

Maketoys Giant came with a second head that could be swapped in and out by popping it off it's ball joint.

The best thing a third party could do at the moment is make a G1-esque Prowl and new Hook that can merge with 1985 Devastator in the right places. If the Fansproject team who made the Glacialbots got in gear to do this it would be perfection.
IMHO they'd need to make a Prowl toy to replace Hook, and a Hook toy to replace Scrapper. This is something that Hasbro should consider should they release a Generations Devastator set; possibly pre-plan it so that the Hook toy can form either the chest or right leg. Prowl could be released separately but happen to be combinable w/ Devastator.
