I'm not familiar with the store. Do they sell toys normally?

Saw the Springer type one today. They had different coloured ones: green or brown or black. Black looked good and was tempted - quite large

I can't tell what Springer is a KO of.

Seconded, I'd almost call it third party.

Yeah I saw these on the weekend. The larger ones like 'Springer' seem to be original (or at least not HasTak) designs while the legends are straight KO's

Got a look at one this morning. It reminds more of sandstorm than springer, especially the dune buggy mode. It also needs fattening up IMO :D

Isn't "Alteration Man" what the KO Alterantors were being sold as years ago? So same company?

TFW has a post with pics of the not-Springer here (http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-3rd-party-reviews/973739-alteration-man-green-ghost-not-springer.html). The vehicle modes look decent but at the cost of robot mode it seems!

So it's a third party toy, but not from one of the companies that target the fans-sites (which is rare, considering those sorts of companies tend to prefer to do straight KOs of official toys, and change the size or colour a bit). Instead, it appears to be a "regular" release type of original creation that you'd find in regular stores that stock cheap Chinese toys, and was first found in February (according to the TFW topic).

I was a bit worried there that I was not recognising something obvious...

Can this get them in trouble? Not a fan of the chemist whore house

You sound upset. What's wrong with them?

They are bad for the profession :(

Collectors know how to spot fakes pretty easily and those that can't, obviously don't care enough anyway. Nothing to get worked up about.

I can't tell what Springer is a KO of.

I don't think it is a KO otherwise this would be too:
