The Japanese version of the more screen-accurate Voyager Optimus toy looks to be getting a second release on December 8th (http://www.toysrus.co.jp/s/dsg-470994200).
The Japanese one is more accurate in truck mode (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showpost.php?p=432742&postcount=12), but even though neither one is screen-accurate in robot mode, the Hasbro one looks closest in robot mode. (both look really nice in truck mode too)
It must have done well enough to warrant a reissue, but I didn't find it to be that rare on secondary sources.
It is the same price as the first release, just four months later.
