I was trying to make a WFC version, but now it looks like an IDW-style deluxe version. And the head reminds me of Cheetor :confused:

It's a repainted Jhiaxus with a Rodimus head. I first tried a classics Bumblebee head but it was too big.

If you used the Armada Starscream mold, you could've made a Shattered Glass Starscream :D

Looks amazing nonetheless.

Bot mode works, the jet isn't quite Jetfirey enough though

Very nice custom. If Leader Jetfire wasn't awesome, this would be on my want list for a redeco.

I think it could work if you moved the rocket boosters further back down the fuselage. May not be possible though....

Neat custom. :) Reminds me of the way that Jetfire was drawn in the IDW comics for a while (http://tfwiki.net/mediawiki/images2/4/47/NewArrivalsOldEncounters-Jetfireandothers.jpg) when Figueroa decided to go with that ugly "movie-hybrid" motif (not saying that your custom is ugly! ;)) --- it says something when IDW felt that they needed to label every character on panel because they were less immediately recognisable! :rolleyes:

Nice custom, I like it.

Perhaps a bit more red on the wings and shoulders might make it a bit more FOC Jetfire looking?

Looks cool! In jet mode i think those wide fan-like wings are what throws it off the most. Maybe paint the rear (clear) parts of the jetpack red too but this is just nitpicking on a fine job.

Gok, that Jetfire reminds me of the recent deluxe bomber Megatron we got.

I am also getting an IDW Metalhawk vibe with this Rodimus head on the Jihaxus body..
