FansToys FT-12 Grenadier (Bombshell)

Scaled in-line with the rest of the FansToys Masterpiece-styled figures, Grenadier comes with two sets of swappable alt-mode legs as well as two swappable chest plates for either a toy-accurate or cartoon-accurate look.

Grenadier is 14cm tall and will be available in June.

I want MP Insecticons more that I want Dinobots, cause the Decepticon MP's are rather outnumbered already.

This one looks a little better than Badcubes so far, but only a little. It's getting to the point where all these 3rd party wars the differences between product quality is almost minute.

Just doing the headcount on my MPs...

Autobots (7): Prime, Prowl, Wheeljack, Bumblebee, Grimlock, Slag (Scoria) and Swoop (Soar)

Decepticons (9): Megatron (as the handgun that came with MP13), Starscream, Soundwave, Laserbeak, Ravage, Buzzsaw, Frenzy, Rumble and Ratbat.

So my in my collection, currently, Decepticons outnumber Autobots. Though they certainly don't outgun them...

not really keen on the insecticons, they should of gone with deluxe insecticons instead with Chop Shop and Venom plus the others. Then I would be very interested.

I like this more than BadCubes after hunting down the side by side. FansToys crits my wallet again! But as mentioned before... Sludge???

Kickback was my most wanted decepticon early on as a kid, cant wait to see theirs! (Later it was apeface, then darkwing/dreadwind ghydra/buster)).

Inevitable seems a bit strong a word for Insecticons, particularly since as far as I can recall of the 8 or 9+ 3rd party MP style toys released so far that I can think of, only one has been subsequently released and superseded by TakTom.

Yep, 2 versions up for pre-order on tfidownunder. Already placed mine for the toy accurate (i went for toy accurate soar too).

Edit: i got toy soar cos i had swoop as a kid, i also had 2 insecticons so i've gone toy accurate, but also cos i love the purple, and with skywarp, quakewave and not-reflector i think it'll all look good. The only regret i have with soar is that the blue would've been a nice mix-up amidst all the grey/gold/red.

I'm going with toy (purple) although I'd normally choose cartoon accuracy. He should still have a purple top in alt mode anyway, and I think he'll look out of place if the others have purple chests and he doesn't.
