Thought since we had a "Show us your deck" thread a while ago for TF Legends we could use one for the new mobile TF game doing the rounds :)

I was pretty lucky actually since I was only a Rookie 2 level and through a free deluxe drop I got a Skids who is a Warrior 4 character :D

Got absolutely smashed by somebody with two Centuritrons (and Astrotrain). It's going to take me a while to grind enough in-game currency to max out a second one, but I'm doing it.

And now that I think of it, It should be possible to field three Centuritrons.

Yeah I fought someone with two too. Considered making a second but busy trying to get the tier 4 characters. If it's possible to make three let me know - that would be cool!

I'm using up all my data allowance on my phone and battling team after team to end up with maybe one character power core a day. Considering Im about to max out my level its getting quite frustrating

What do ya mean no double? I've fought a few different people that have two. Do they no longer allow it or something ? :confused:

I had two of them and when it came to dragging Centurion onto a team, he could only be placed in the middle two slots. I've tried it on a team that already had Centurion and it doesn't work.

Looks like people have been exploiting glitches or hacks.

Yeah I made a second one for that purpose after seeing a team that did it. Suffice to say it won't let me put two in the team either... what a waste of resources.

It shows how uneven the cores are that appear. So far I've had 16 Blitzwing cores show up (hence why I have two of him) and only two of Chromedomes

Gawdam! My A team consists of the stunticons and my B and C teams aren't even worth bothering with. I wish there were some good names for the teams, like I have mad a minbot team, Warpath, Cosmos, Huffer and Powerglide. I think there should be some cool bonus for my nerdy effort surely.

Sad thing is even with this hand kept getting my butt kicked on the Extra Hard challenge on the latest event. Think its the first time I've scored the second lowest on my team :o

I have that team too and I can't get past the third map of E-hard.

It was all strategy guys. That team should win you most fights as it was exactly what I used to beat EH. Most of the changes were just subbing in extra FS or evasion depending on the opponent. I think Major posted a link in Link Chat to the TFW2005 forums which set out how to beat each boss - not very helpful now is it :p

Anyway what is everyone running with now? I'm going with G2 Megs, Inferno, Grimlock and OP Bat. Only thing I might change is subbing Inferno with Hotspot. Choices choices :p

I've played around with a team of Grimlock, G2Megs, Inferno and Bats Prime on Friday and Saturday, because who doesn't like +15 team attack?
But I've been defeated several times because I'm just not going first. It's always the opponent getting first try at knocking out one of your characters. It feels especially unfair when, despite jamming, all four attacks it one character.

I replaced Grimlock who only has 2/5 chance of getting that +15 with Blades it seems to be working out well so far. I get the option of switching between Team Evade plus the team attack bonus or some extra First Strike.

But given my experience on this game so far when I had nearly all level 4's, as well as my experiences back on Transformers Legends; the moment I get my deck/s full of top characters they introduce the next tier. So keep an eye out for the upcoming Level 6's peoples ;):p

Lol I know right... just when I get an awesome team they will go and introduce another tier which is exclusive for pay to play... hope I'm wrong but these 50 core bots are impossible without paying...

I always get so close, 30-ish, 40-ish cores for them but then the event ends and my chances of getting more just dry up. If I keep playing, I eventually will get enough but they could be obsolete by then.

So true! I went hard at it last event so I could get slog, managed to collect a lot of gold for this event tried to get a galvatron on the space bridge ended up with 3 octanes go figure! Not happy

I gave the low theirs a shot, and got enough cores for gen v2 galvy.... Not too bad!

I'm running similar but replace megs with Arcee. Prefer the fs or atk boost with high fs if needed

Given the 12 bots I pictured on the last page, any of my teammates got any suggestions on which 3 I should be teaming up with Gen Galvatron this event? Right now using Tarantulus, Arcee & Bonecrusher with mixed success.

That's the problem with using event boost characters - you get more points but because they are lower in stats you also lose more matches. Right now I'm sitting on 120k though whereas usually at this point in an event I'm usually sitting on about 70k so chucking Galvy in has paid off thus far :)

I'd consider throwing in Lord Starscream for Bonecrusher. Use his Short Circuit in round 1, then hope with your +8 FS boost you win FS in round 2.

The other big advantage screamer has is the team evade. So with a bit of luck you will not only short circuit a bot in non fs mode but will save your team a lot of dmg if someone is silly enough to try aoe against you
