March 21st is a massive month in Japan... with everything for that month released on that day (if there are no delays), which will be very expensive for Japanese collectors, and anyone importing a bulk of those items.

TakaraTomy used to be like that a couple years ago, with a single release date for their Transformers each month, but then recently they started being more sporadic and random with their dates... hence the need for me to keep track of everything from Japan now, as it used to be easy to just remember the monthly Japanese release date.

Superion boxset has a date in June now, and the HK exclusive Ultimate Optimus also has its April date noted.

I don't remember the source, but I just copied and pasted all those alt-mode car names from somewhere, as there was no way that I'd know most of them in that deformed state.

The Ehobby Cloud toy for March might be released three days after the TakaraTomy Mall Cloud toy, as there looks to be a 24 page comic being released with Hellwarp (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/japanese-transformers-40/transformers-cloud-omnibus-comic-182235/) that covers all the chapters that were released for this (short lived, but dragged out and expensive) series.
Not sure if Roadbuster gets the comic as well.

The Adventures stuff and MP Exhaust are out in stores - saw them both today. Didn't see Star Saber, but Amazon Japan will take care of that sometime this week.
The Adventures toys look surprisingly good, though I'm going to wait on clearance sales before getting the ones I'm after.

Anyone else order Q Transformers from HLJ that release today 20/3? I'm still waiting on mine to be fulfilled. After last months issues with the Fem-bots I'm a little worried.
I'm a little worried for a different reason. My 60 days Private Warehouse is almost up. Hope it drops in real soon as in the next 2 days otherwise I will be left with only a single QT-18 Nemesis Prime which is roughly only slightly bigger than a match box.

Did they go through? I'm just waiting on QT17 Tracks. Anyone else get him?
I didn't order nemesis, but Hound and Bluestreak are both fulfilled.

I'm just waiting on Nemesis right now. If he comes in he'll have to be in my next Private Warehouse, I had to ship my current one because of the 60 day limit. I hope these issues are not going to become common at HLJ.

Did you get him for a reasonable price?Depends which one you're talking about.
I pre-ordered Star Saber from Amazon Japan, so he came to about $150 - not too bad really.
The Exhaust that came with him (also pre-ordered) was $55-to-$60-odd, and the spare I got from Yamada Denki (i.e. in-store) was maybe another $2 more than that.
So yeah, reasonable, especially for Star Saber who is currently selling for another $50-$60 over his pre-order price, but not an amazing bargain either.

Updated with April dates, which looks to be following the example of March and having everything released on the one day in April (25th).

This is how it used to be a couple years ago, so I don't know why it changed, or why it has gone back to this... or if this is just a temporary thing. Some fans like it for bulk ordering and saving on postage, but others don't for having huge expenses on one day per month.

(not surprising that after I set up this JP listing just to keep track of all the odd release dates each month, they start using a single day in the month again... :p )

QT-18 Nemesis Prime has moved from 21st March to 25th April? When did this happen? :confused:

So I've been holding off shipping my HLJ Private Warehouse for about a month. :( Yeah I know, first world problems right.

OK, that's odd. Well at least HLJ didn't F up again. Would have been nice to let us know, but even BBTS doesn't inform people of delays.
