RID Wave 3 Warrior Jazz and Sideswipe

I just got a preorder email from BBTS asking if I wanted this:

It's a listing for the new RID Warrior-Class Jazz. And by the looks of it, it seems to be a new mould. G1'ish colour scheme, head sculpt and alt-mode on show.

Wonder if that means we will see him in the new cartoon? I think it's quite likely, since they are on Earth and Jazz has not shown up in TFPrime or Rescuebots, so he makes for an interesting new (yet established) character

Oh he's in the cartoon alright. :p Watch episode 10 "Can You Dig It". Very good, I reccomend.

Figure was already revealed at US Toyfair, but that lovely in-package pic is new.

Kinda wished they'd listed these guys separately though.

At least these official images at BBTS look a lot better than the hand-painted Jazz and Sideswipe at the NY Toyfair. :p

The third wave of RID Warrior toys might be out in Asia, as photos of Jazz and Sideswipe have been posted up (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/robots-in-disguise-201x-48/robots-in-disguise-jazz-and-sideswipe-in-hand-182522/), in both modes.

Sideswipe looks to be the better of the two... Jazz looks very plain and white, and very simple when you see under the car mode.

Sideswipe looks very good, almost like if Dino and G1 Sideswipe got mixed together. Jazz kind of reminds me of Beast Hunters Prowl, but much, MUCH worse.

Speaking of Wave 3 of RID, looks like the One-Steps are out in Asia as well, with the first toy of another new character - Fracture (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/robots-in-disguise-201x-48/robots-in-disguise-one-step-fracture-in-hand-images-182546/).
The other two wave 3 One-Steps are Drift and Thunderhoof.
(just a shame that so far the Decepticons are mostly just given gimmick toys)

Really not a fan of the recent push for One-Step figures. They always look so clunky. I don't mind the sideswipe.
