Why does the site keep shrinking my sigs?

PS: Where am i supposed to post these questions :D

As a complete tech retard all I can do is guess.

Maybe the images are too large for what it allows in the first place so it shrinks them down...but way too far by the looks of things.

This new board changes my text by itself from upper case to lower case so I can't 'shout'.

you can link it to the external site, then instead of linking it to the forum via the http:// field, just copy and paste that external site's link on the sig.
it works for mel when she faced the problem that i've solved

Not sure about the default settings with siggie pics, but since this board is being hosted by my website's server, I may have dialed down some of the settings to make sure the server can handle the traffic of a messageboard. If we don't seem to have any problems, or the board being down, I'll have a look again at what settings I may have adjusted. But at any rate, the siggie section should be kept to a minimum, as the rest of us have to scroll past it every single time we read a topic, and it reduces the number of posts per page.
Thanks to Iceburn though, for all the help he's been giving. :)

agree that we should keep signature pictures to a reasonable size of 500x100 and definitely not 1GB in size.

well, pleasure is all mine griffin. if i can help...i will do my best. same with gok's help with the takara feedback website
to me, it's genius and rather time-consuming to translate all of them
