I've seen it at Minotaur. From memory the price was ok for what it is.

Generally I find Amazon.com to be the cheapest place to find comics.

I got it via Amazon last year for $US 63. Was a bit disappointed that the dustcover got ripped on it's way here. Now waiting on volume 2.
