Garage sale featuring Transformers and other memorabilia

My Mate (SilverfromOz, who used to be active on the boards and is responsible for my joining the board) is having a garage sale on the weekend, he has a bunch of second hand transformers for sale, amongst a lot of other pop culture stuff, ie GiJoe, Star Wars etc.

Hi all.

Special thanks to Ultra Marginal for getting this thread active and thanks to all who have expressed interest.

Sorry about my absence for the past... erm... however long it's been (possibly eons at this point) but things have been rough for Tess and myself. Since either of us posted or attended a con/event, we learnt that Tess had been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia (RE: freakin incurable chronic pain condition) and a considerable amount of time (and money) has been taken up with seeing doctors, specialists and so forth to figure out how to manage this beastie. This is one of the reasons why large portion of my collection (TF and otherwise) is being sold off. So if these figures can find new homes with passionate fans of the franchise and not end up in the mouths of toddlers, that would be the preferrable option :D

Also, my apologies for the shoddy Wordpress page. It has been a bit of a last minute "throw together" but hopefully it conveys some of what is available. I will try to update it as best I can over the next day or so but if I can't then I hope you guys will come on down and make some offers.

My condolences for the reason requiring the sale, the wordpress page has been pretty helpful actually, I'll be there for the 10am start to give as many of these figures as I can a great new home as part of my collection, don't worry no sticky children will get anywhere near them.

It was pretty quiet after you guys left. over the course of the day there were a few families with kids come through but they didn't buy much and it was hard to tell if they were just walk ins or if they had seen advertising somewhere.

I'll let Joe know that a good time was had, I certainly enjoyed myself, catching up with you all.

I'll mention it to him. He has a massive amount of stuff, I have been trying to convince him he should do either the Granville fair or the Penrith fair.

listing it all with prices here, even without pictures would be a very large undertaking.
